| EPSON & Asiacom signed agency agreement |

Shenzhen, Nov.1, 2011. EPSON Hong Kong Limited signed Sale Cooperative Agreement with Asiacom Technology H.K. Limited, authorizing Asiacom selling EPSON's Quartz Device and Large Scale IC products in mainland China. EPSON hopes expanding its market share of Quartz device and IC products in telcom and mobile phone market by leveraging Asiacom's technical & sales force together with its abundant customer resources in telecom and mobile phone domain. Asiacom is a technology-leading domestic franchised distributor. Adding EPSON's products will be of great help to Asiacom when providing integrated solutions to customers.
